Welcome to Glitter & Grace. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Handmade Products

All products sold by Glitter & Grace are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, glitter placement, decorative elements, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Please ensure that all personal information, shipping addresses, and customisation details are correct before submitting your order. Glitter & Grace cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

3. TikTok Live Creation

One of the unique features of Glitter & Grace is that our Snow Globe Tumblers are created live on TikTok.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your tumbler may be made during a TikTok Live broadcast. This allows customers to watch the creation process and enjoy the handmade experience.

No personal information, such as your address, contact details, or payment information, will ever be shared during the live stream. Only your first name or TikTok username may be mentioned, unless you request otherwise.

If you prefer your order not to be made live on TikTok, please contact Glitter & Grace immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, this may not always be possible.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order has been placed and payment has been received, the agreed purchase price will remain unchanged.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before production of your order begins.

Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.

6. Production Time

Each Snow Globe Tumbler is handmade to order.

Please allow 6–10 business days for production, curing, and degassing before your order is shipped.

Production times may increase during sales, holidays, or peak seasons.

7. Shipping

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving Glitter & Grace.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage pass to the customer. Glitter & Grace is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

9. Custom Orders

Custom and personalised products are made specifically for each customer.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless the error was made by Glitter & Grace.

10. Product Care

To extend the life of your Snow Globe Tumbler:

• Hand wash only.
• Do not soak.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Do not microwave.
• Avoid dropping or exposing the tumbler to excessive heat.
• Keep out of reach of small children, as decorative components are not intended as toys.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

11. Intellectual Property

All Glitter & Grace designs, product photographs, logos, branding, and website content remain the property of Glitter & Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Glitter & Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

13. Changes to These Terms

Glitter & Grace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective once published on our website.
