Return & Refund Policy

At Glitter & Grace, every Snow Globe Tumbler is lovingly handmade to order. As each item is custom-created, we ask that you read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalised tumblers.
• Orders where the customer has changed their mind.
• Incorrect colour, glitter, decal or design selections made by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Every order is carefully inspected, photographed, securely packaged, and leaves Glitter & Grace in perfect condition.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit. For this reason, refunds or replacements will not be issued for items damaged as a result of shipping or courier handling.

If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to lodge a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the item received.
• Photos of the packaging.

If the mistake was made by Glitter & Grace, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

• You receive the incorrect item due to our error.
• We are unable to fulfil your order.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet started.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each Snow Globe Tumbler is handmade, which means slight variations in glitter placement, colours, or decorative elements may occur. These small differences are part of the unique charm of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Turnaround Time

Our Snow Globe Tumblers require a curing and degassing period to ensure the best quality. Please allow 6–10 business days before your order is shipped.
